    Our R&D department designs and manufactures lines for dough scoring using waterjet, disc cutters, blades, or ultrasound. We currently have semi-automatic and automatic robotic lines based on our customers’ needs: production, space, and cutting type.

    We adapt our developments to mid- and industrial-level bakeries. Using flexible and compact systems, we perform a variety of high-quality, highly precise cutting processes, without the need for mechanical adjustments.
