The automatic cap applicator stores, dispenses, labels, glues, and places caps on wipe packs. The system consists of a product line transport, the Delta robot frame assembly, and cap dispensing transports. The use of Delta robots allows us to perform the cap placement operation without stopping the line, maintaining a continuous flow and increasing productivity.
