Elecproy develops machinery for piercing fermented products (bread, dots, pastries, sweets, savory pastries, etc.). The system consists of a mobile cart containing the hydraulic circuit, the control cabinet, and the tool. The unit adapts to each customer’s needs, adapting to the fluid and the required workload. It can be quickly installed and removed from the line, benefiting us in locations with limited space and intermittent operations.
