Our R&D department designs and manufactures process lines for the scarifying of dough with water jet stream.  We currently have semi-automatic and automatic robotic lines depending on the needs of our customers: production, space and type of cut.

Industrial bakeries of large format

We adapt our developments to medium size and industrial bakeries. Through flexible and compact systems, we carry out many types of cuts with quality and precision, without the need for mechanical adjustments.

From our graphic interface, the user can quickly and easily change, modify or create any recipe needed

PREDEFINED RECIPES

You can choose different pre-configured recipes in the system, or the ability for the user to configure other recipes quickly and easily, in addition the user can control the pressure, altitude and speed as well, thus getting a variety of scarification types, sizes and depths of cut.

The system is delivered with predefined recipes by the user, with modifiable parameters such as height, depth, length and speed.

I/O LINK TECHNOLOGY

Smart cuts with bread presence recognition, according to the product to be cut with I / O LINK technology.

Thanks to this system we avoid cutting when there is a possibility of absence of bread.
